Ingredients: Vegan Capsule and Cascara Sagrada Powder
Recommended Dosage: Take 1 capsule 2 times a day for 5 days
Do not take more than the recommended dose and AVOID TAKING THE HERB FOR MORE THAN 2 WEEKS AT A TIME.
Cascara Sagrada also known as Rhamnus Purshiana is used as a natural laxative for constipation. It contains compounds called anthraquinones that absorb water and electrolytes in the intestines causing stool volumes to increase pressure within the intestines. It then stimulates muscle contractions in the colon and speeds up the clearance of the bowel.
